I, Harish Trivedi, born on 2nd July 1949, became Law graduate in 1971, joined films in 1975 at Chennai, with President's award (1981) winning cinematographer, Director Ashok Kumar until 1988. I worked in many disciplines of filmmaking, explicitly in direction with stalwart directors like Ramu Kariate, P. N. Menon, Bharatan, J. Mahendran, in South Indian films. I was also associated with Music Maestro Salil Chaudhary in Chennai. Films: I wrote and produced two Tamil Films, "Andru Paizhe Mazhiel" and Tambi Ke Oru Pattu" in 1985 and 1988. I wrote one Telugu film in 1991, and one Kannada film for elder son of Kannada veteran Actor Raj Kumar in 1992. I wrote one Hindi Film "Kamagni" along with Gyan Dev Agnihotri in 1985 starring Alok Nath and Tina Munim. TELEVISION: For Zee TV in 1994, I wrote Suhana Safar's Story, screenplay, dialogue, the title song. The serial was directed by Ajai Sinha and Ravi Kemmu followed by his directorial Mausam, both shot in the USA, which was telecasted by Zee TV. I wrote three stories for Rishte slot in Zee TV named, "Pahli Nazar Mein, Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe" for Ravi Kemmu and "The Boss" for Ajai Sinha. For director Pawan Kaul I wrote "Samandar" Story, Screenplay, dialogues and the title song was written by me, telecasted on Zee. "Dollar Bahu" a novel written by Mrs Sudha Murthy of Infosys was adapted for television. I wrote screenplay, dialogues, lyrics and was shot in the USA and telecasted by Zee TV.
